Warranty

1. Three (3) year warranty for HGE products.
2. Six (6) months warranty for pump repairs (parts and labour).
3. One (1) year warranty from date of purchase for all non-HGE part(s).
4. This warranty does not extend to any labour cost of removal or
    re-installation for all parts.
5. This warranty does not extend to HGE products used in racing, high
performance, or non-marine applications, or any engine alterations.
6. Warranty shall not apply if the product has been misused, abused,
    altered, neglected, or improperly installed, or damaged by
    ice expansion.
7. MWA reserves the right to improve its products through changes in
    design or materials without obligation to incorporate such changes
in products of prior manufacture, and to make changes at any time
    in design, materials, or parts of products without obligation or
    liability to owners of products of prior manufacture.

Return Policy

1. Return part(s) must be in original condition and packaging and
    in resalable condition within 30 business days of date of delivery.
2. Return part(s) after 30 business days is subject to the discretion of
    Manifold Warehouse Aust. (MWA).
3. For defective items only, MWA will pay for shipping on the
    replacement or exchange going back to the Buyer.
4. Return part(s) subject to a 25% restocking fee, except for return
    of defective part(s).
5. Buyer is responsible for all insurance and shipping charges on
    returned item(s).
6. Credit card refunds subject to a 3.5% bank service charge.
7. No returns for all electrical and special order part(s).
8. The Returns/Exchanges Form must be completed and returned via:

a. Mailed along with the return package,

9. Returns may take 2-4 weeks to process. Allow at least
one (1) billing cycle on your credit card before contacting our
Accounts Dept.
